These terms apply to your use of recipeweave.com and RecipeWeave connections to AI assistants, including Claude and ChatGPT. By using RecipeWeave, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

The service

RecipeWeave lets you find, import, save, and edit recipes, combine recipes into cooking timelines, and work with ingredient lists and timers. Some features require an account or are subject to the usage limits shown in the service. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, including connected AI assistants. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. RecipeWeave is not intended for children under 13; use the service only where permitted by applicable law and with any required parent or guardian permission.

Your recipes and other content

You retain the rights you have in content you provide. You give RecipeWeave permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you request, including generating cooking timelines and returning results to an AI assistant you connect. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to RecipeWeave.

Content you choose to publish, together with your display name, can be viewed by others. Other users may save copies of public recipes or cook plans. Making your original private or deleting it does not remove copies others have already saved. Review content before publishing it and avoid including personal information you do not want to share.

Import or publish only content you are entitled to use. Respect the rights of recipe authors, photographers, and other third parties, as well as the terms of websites you use. Importing a recipe does not give you ownership of its source text or images. Contact us with the relevant links if you believe content on RecipeWeave infringes your rights.

Generated plans and cooking decisions

AI-generated recipes, ingredient lists, and timelines can contain mistakes or omit details. Check the source recipe, quantities, allergens, cooking instructions, and timing before relying on a result. You remain responsible for food handling, doneness, dietary choices, and safe use of cooking equipment. RecipeWeave does not guarantee that a suggested timeline will suit every kitchen, appliance, or cooking situation.

AI assistant connections

Connecting an assistant authorizes it to use RecipeWeave within the permissions you approve. Review those permissions and the actions you request. Deleting content, publishing content, changing your email, and sending ingredient emails require confirmation on RecipeWeave before they take effect. Other authorized actions, such as saving or editing a recipe, may take effect directly.

You can manage a connection in your assistant's settings or contact us for help revoking access. The assistant provider operates its own service under its own terms and privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains the data RecipeWeave receives and shares when you use a connection.

Subscriptions and billing

If you choose a paid subscription, the price, billing interval, and applicable renewal terms are shown during checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Manage billing from your account or the available billing portal. Canceling through RecipeWeave's account page currently ends the subscription immediately and returns the account to the free plan. Contact us about billing questions or refund requests; any rights you have under applicable law continue to apply.

Acceptable use

Do not access another person's private content without authorization.
Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, or required confirmations.
Do not use the service to send spam, distribute malicious content, or break the law.
Do not interfere with the service or misuse automated access.
Do not upload or publish content that violates another person's rights.

Availability and ending use

We aim to provide a useful service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every import or generated result will succeed. Keep your own copies of content you need. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. You may stop using RecipeWeave at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be identified on this page or communicated through the service. Updated terms apply going forward; if you do not agree to them, stop using the service.
